At Lubna Boutique, we strive to provide a convenient and clear shopping experience, and we explain our exchange and return policy to ensure that the procedures are organized and clear:

Ready-made pieces

• Exchange for a larger size: shipping fee 54 riyals

•Returns: Shipping fee of 27 riyals

• The product must be shipped within the specified period after the shipping document is issued.

Abayas and tailored pieces

•Replacements or returns can be requested within 24 hours of order completion.

•After 24 hours, modifications or returns are not possible.

Cases where exchange or return is accepted without fees

•Presence of a manufacturing defect or flaw

• The product differs from the images shown

Cases where exchange or return is not accepted

•The product arrived in a condition other than its original state

• Using the product for non-testing purposes

• Delay in shipping the product after the shipping label has been issued

Implementation and delivery

• Ready-made pieces: Immediate shipping within 1–2 business weeks.

• Custom-designed pieces: These are completed within 2–3 working weeks.

• Abayas: They are made within 1-2 working weeks.

*We would like to point out that, given the current circumstances, delays beyond the boutique's control may occur, such as pressure or delays from shipping companies, and the boutique bears no responsibility for this.

Shipping and Receiving Policy

•The customer is responsible for tracking the shipment and receiving it on time.

•The boutique is not responsible for any loss or delay of shipment by the shipping company.

•If the shipment is returned to the boutique due to non-receipt, it will be reshipped at a fee of 27 riyals.

Refusal to Receive and Abuse Policy

•The boutique reserves the right to cancel any order if there is suspicion of misuse of the service or repeated refusals to accept delivery.
